Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ORIRO is operated by GreenRI Solutions LLC (“ORIRO”, “we”). Contact: help@oriro.ai.

2. Data we collect

• Account — email, name, profile image, country (from your Google account on sign-in).
• Agent runs — input you provide and output produced. Stored to power history and the audit log.
• BYOK keys — encrypted client-side and stored only as references to your secret manager. We never see plaintext.
• Functional cookies — required to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Where data lives

We route your data to the region closest to you for residency:

• EU/UK users → europe-west3 (Frankfurt).
• India users → asia-south1 (Mumbai).
• All other users → us-central1 (Iowa).

4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / DPDP)

You can access, export, or delete your account and data at any time from /settings or by emailing help@oriro.ai with subject “Privacy: …”.

5. AI providers

When you bring your own API keys (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Fal, ElevenLabs), your prompts are sent to the provider you selected. ORIRO is not the controller of that data — the provider is. Their privacy terms apply alongside ours.

6. Security

BYOK keys are encrypted client-side with a key derived from your Google identity. They are stored as opaque references in our database. Operators cannot read them.

7. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will notify you in-app at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
