Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ORIRO you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Free tier & BYOK

ORIRO is free to use. AI inference runs against your own quotas (your Google AI Studio key for Gemini; your own keys for Claude/OpenAI/Fal/ElevenLabs/Perplexity). You are responsible for any charges from those providers. ORIRO does not pay for or resell their compute.

3. Acceptable use

• No content that is illegal, harassing, or that violates someone else's rights.
• No abuse of free quotas or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• No scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of agent logic, outputs, or pages.
• No reverse engineering of agent system prompts, tool configurations, or internal routing.
• No redistribution or resale of agent outputs at scale without our written permission.

4. Intellectual property

ORIRO and the agent library are © GreenRI Solutions LLC. The ORIRO Commercial License governs the agent templates: free to use via the platform, not free to extract or redistribute. You retain ownership of your inputs and the outputs your runs generate.

5. Termination

You can stop using ORIRO at any time and delete your account from /settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Warranty & liability

ORIRO is provided as-is. We do not warrant correctness of agent outputs. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the 12 months prior, or USD 100 — whichever is greater.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to courts located there, except where local consumer law provides additional rights.
